Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SPEQ Innovations BV, Hardenbergweg 3, 7783 CK Gramsbergen, The Netherlands, email: [email protected] Tel: + 31 (0) 85-4010275 by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form template for this purpose, but it is not required. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments we have received from you, including shipment fees (excluding any additional costs arising from choosing a type of shipment other than the cheapest standard shipment offered by us), which must be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your cancellation of this contract. To effect this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline has been met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. The immediatecost for returning the goods is at your expense. You will only have to pay for depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is the result of the goods having been treated in such a way that is unnecessary for inspection of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are evidently tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

 

We expressly point out that the right to withdraw from the contract, as stipulated in Article 312g (1) BGB, is excluded for the above-mentioned goods in accordance with Article 312g (2) BGB and does therefore not exist.
