Have you ordered the wrong product, or have you decided to refrain from buying it? No problem. After purchasing the product, you have 14 days to return it, provided that the item is still in its original condition.

This means that it is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

After we have processed the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible to the bank details known to us.

Repair/TarQa Fault

If there is a fault or defect in your TarQa Ball Pump, first consult the most common faults in the FAQ to see if there is a solution.

If the fault cannot be resolved, a SPEQ Innovations technician will have to examine the ball pump.

After we have received the pump, we will have a technician examine it as soon as possible. We will contact you if repair costs are necessary. The warranty on the TarQa Ball Pump is 12 months.
